Cardigan: Gap
Top: Target
Jeans: American Eagle
Flats: Gap
Bag: Fossil
Today, I spent most of the afternoon hanging out and catching up with one of my friends from school. We met up for lunch and a movie, then walked over to the local book store. I decided for a comfy dot-on-dot look for today, paring my polka dot top with my polka dot shoes. I added the pastel bag for a subtle pop of color.
I am loving this bag. The color is so pretty, perfect for spring, and I got it on sale, which is always nice. I like too, that it can be worn as a clutch or you can add the strap and wear it like a shoulder or crossbody bag. It is very versatile and I will probably be using this (along with my other fossil bag which I also love) as my spring/summer purse. Fossil is slowly becoming my favorite bag designer. Their bags are durable, come in unique designs and colors, and have fun little details on them
I ended up leaving the bookstore with Pulse by Patrick Carman. I recently finished the first book in the Divergent series and was looking for something new to read. While I enjoyed Divergent, it wasn't my favorite book I've ever read and I did not feel the need to dive right into the second book. This book sounded interesting and seems to be following the trend of futuristic dystopian society books (which I like, although no book can fill the void of The Hunger Games). We shall see how it goes!
Thoughts from anyone who has read this?
