Beauty Products Wishlist #2

Beauty Products Wishlist #2

Beauty Products Wishlist #2 by kadunnin featuring laura mercier makeup

I haven't done a beauty-themed wishlist since this summer, and since there were quite a few things I have been eyeing up in the beauty department, I thought I'd throw together a quick wishlist. There is a sort-of holiday theme to this one. The holidays will be here before we know it and I know I will have a few holiday parties to attend this year, so I would get a lot of use out of these beauty bits!

I really only own two blushes: one peachy-pink tone, and another brownish-rose tone. While in Sephora earlier this month, this blush caught my eye. I love cream blushes for the wintertime, since they add a nice dewiness to dry, winter skin. This color is just a nice, neutral, warm pink, which is perfect to get that naturally flushed look. Since I love the Korres Lip Butters, this seems like a good cream blush to try.

How flippin' cute is he?! This one is a no brainer, as penguins are my favorite animal AND this bubble bar smells like 'The Olive Branch' Shower Gel, which is one of my favorite Lush scents.

Since I don't own an actual highlighter, I feel like buying one would be a good investment in my makeup collection, especial for the holidays. This one looks like it's shimmery, but not too glittery, so my face won't look like disco-ball.

Again, this is just another classic item that I feel is lacking in my makeup collection. I have a slightly pink-toned red, but not a true red. This collection catches my eye every time I'm in the drugstore. I love the packaging of the these Kate Moss for Rimmel lipsticks and this seems like it would be a flattering red tone for me. I have to swatch it next time I'm in the store and see for myself!

Last but not least on the list is a very hyped up product that I have wanted to test out for awhile. I tested it out last time I was in Sephora, and was blown away by the coverage it gave and how creamy it was. Despite the heavy coverage it didn't feel heavy or cakey on the skin. Sadly, I was short on time and money and decided to hold off on purchasing this. However, with dry-winter skin on the way, I might be looking into trying this bad-boy out next time I'm in Sephora.
